As we get older, muscle and bone begin to deteriorate and weaken, balance and coordination may decline and the risk of falling may increase. We can slow this process through strength and balance exercises; keeping you fit, active, independent and able to continue doing the things you enjoy.
Suitable for aged 60+, this weekly hour long class has a friendly supportive environment. All equipment is provided.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for exercise and bring a drink of water.
Suitable for all and absolute beginners welcome.
