Croquet

Croquet is a sport that involves hitting plastic or wooden balls with a wooden mallet through a series of hoops set out on a grass playing lawn. It can be played as a team or individually.

Benefits

It is played outdoors so plenty of fresh air in a green space.
It’s a fun way to get gentle exercise and socialise.
Brain exercise – it is compared to snooker on grass with the puzzle-solving aspects of chess.
It can be played at any age.
